The tourist farm, “Pri kapeli”, is a well-kept homestead at the end of the village of Drbetinci, upon a hill with a lovely view of the valley. The view reaches Ptuj, 15 kilometres away, and sometimes even as far as Gornja Radgona. The family makes sure that their guests leave with fond memories of this part of Slovenia. Without good food there are no good memories, so, at the farm, they take great care in choosing which food to offer their guests. At the farm, they grow and process apples, meaning their guests are offered apple juice, apple vinegar, dried apple slices, jams, teas and, of course, fresh apples. For the last few years they have also grown vines and produced wine, a tradition they intend to pass on to future generations. At the farm, comfortably furnished rooms are available with access to the terrace with a lovely view of the home vineyard and hills, all the way to Pohorje and Austria. All the rooms are designed to ensure a comfortable stay and have been awarded the three-apple rating.
