Along the main road of Gornja Radgona – Apače – Trate, in the north western part of the village Lutverci, stands a beautiful chapel, dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. It was built in the first quarter of the 20th century. According to folk tradition, it was built in memory of a great fire, when the whole village is said to have burned down. In the chapel, alongside the painting of St. Joseph there is another saint, St. Florian, the patron saint of firefighters, therefore, the claims must be true. Above the entrance there is a belfry, covered by a tin roof; the roof of the chapel is two-gabled, covered with tiles. The chapel was renovated in 2008 and the belfry is powered by electricity. It is taken care of by the villagers of Lutverci.
